My 8yo and 5 yo loved doing this project and they were able to do it mostly on their own following the instructions. The only problem is the Sun keeps popping off the model, we tried different round stickies from the kit, it just pops off again the next day. It looks like a design flaw. Other than that we are happy with the kit.

Fantastic set- my daughter loved painting the planets and putting it all together. She leant a lot about the solar system. The rocket launcher was great fun too.

Great project for my three year old grandson. Painting the planets was manageable. Great lesson in length comparison and distance from the Sun.
